Annabella grew up in the world of Boy & Monsters; her story began in South Africa as the daughter of Grant Richards and the Angel Anabiel. Due to her odd genetic makeup of being both a soul eating witch and part Angel, her magic overwhelmed her and her father who was quickly abandoned by Anabiel. Raised by Grant and a close family friend Juliette another addition to her family was added when Grant adopted a young girl named Nina -- someone who offered a chance to help Annabella with her magic issues.

The Johannesburg Collective decide that she was a great asset to have and chose to school her under Grant's request. Odd as it was to have a witch at toddler age learning magic from a school and attempting to control it - the lessons seemed to help her quite a bit, even if it frustrated her professor.

Due to her magic, she found herself sleepwalking and in a daze quite a bit -- always seeming to end up in the middle of trouble and able to see or hear things that others cannot. She spent most of her childhood waking up in places far away and needing her parents, cousin or Nina to help her back home. It lead to her meeting a lot of people and exploring new places, even as she got older.

The Crawl -- the Apocalypse -- was dangerous but as she learned and matured, she seemed to get better at surviving without her parents, cousin or Nina. That was of course until she met a nasty witch that had the audacity to send her and Nina back in time before the crawl during a battle.

PERSONALITY:

The first and uttermost important part of Annabella's personality is her respectfulness, even to creatures that might be judged harshly by normal witches. It's part of her angelic nature -- being one of the good angels -- she values almost all life, and while she'll defend herself or others, she sees the beauty in most places that others might not. She respects people and their boundaries.

It leads to another main part of her personality, the fact that she is kind. There isn't a mean bone in her body, and while she may be playful or sarcastic at times, it is never at the harm of other people's feelings. This ties in with her respectful behaviour and how she can see the beauty even in places others might see ugly.

Her magic and the fact that she's got one foot in reality and the other on another plane of existence -- the angelic -- she is distracted most of the time, easily lost in what she might consider beautiful or interesting. She can spend hours talking to bees or people watching.

Do not confuse her distracted or bubble brainedness for stupidity; Annabella is rather intelligent and can often show a mixture of street smarts and academic smarts - the latter being advanced beyond her years due to her early schooling.

Another part of her personality is her eagerness to help other people or creatures; more often than not, Anna cannot refuse to help others if she sees a problem. It normally gets her into a lot of trouble or causes her to run around like she's on a million side quests.

She loves to help people because she loves interaction, even if it typically isn't normal, she loves to interact and meet new people, finding the diversity fascinating and fun. And while most of the time she is oblivious to flirtations or sexual advances; if she sees someone she thinks is beautiful, she won't hesitate to flirt and try to get to know them on a more personal and physical level.

INCENTIVE: Go back to her timeline. She would miss having her family know her and being in a place that actually knows her, instead of being Annabella Aspen with no family. Avoiding paradoxes gives her a headache and she's well aware of the butterfly effect. She would love to live in Eudio because it would be a thousand times better than living during the Crawl; she would also love the differences and diversity due to her wanderlust.

FIT: As previously mentioned, Anna loves people and has no issue with being physical. Often, she is physical with people, holding hands, giving hugs, kisses. Its a part of her every day life. She has a strong sense of respect and a deep kindness that would allow her to blend into Eudio rather easily. It just makes sense to her to help others get what they want whilst she works towards her own goal.

CONSENT: Anna has a strong sense of what's moral and immoral, and while Hell would probably freeze over if she forced someone to do something they didn't want to do. She's no stranger to sex so she is well aware of what it calls for, she also knows that others must consent. As respect is the building blocks for her personality, she has no issue understanding consent.

Soul Manipulation As a souleater, Anna can yank souls out of people or put them in, she can also mend broken souls, ones that have rottenness in them. She typically only ever mends souls for the benefit of others. But due to this ability, spirits often try to throw themselves into her to try to get to heaven. Their ability to feel and see how she is related to heaven leads to ghosts often chasing her, and scaring her.

Holy Fire Good for dispelling demons and healing injuries, Anna has a strong ability to use Holy Fire to the point of being able to severely injure demons akin to smiting.

Advocacy Anna can see and commune with ghosts and spirits.

Angel Radio Angels and Saints have an ear out for Anna, she can hear both alike on the other plane. Whispers in her ear during waking dreams or normal dreams can be attributed to this.

Fly Anna, unbeknownst to her, can fly, she only does this during her dreams, it's the same as teleportation but without portation papers.

Exorcismus Anna only has to touch a possessed person to dispel a demon.
